To qualify, the applicant needs to:
Be 21 years old or under.
May be older if applicant is dependent on parents or guardian due to developmental, mental or physical disability.
U.S. citizen or legal resident.
Must show financial need.
Must not qualify for other IMCAP services.
Needs are not covered by insurance or other financial/service resources.
